We follow North American mattress industry sizing standards, but please note that the handmade nature of Haven production allows for 3/4" of sizing variation:

• Twin 38" x 74" (ideal for single sleepers under 6ft tall)

• Twin XL 38" x 79" (ideal for a taller single sleeper, or use 2 -of them together for a Split King size)

• Full 53" x 74" (ideal for a single sleeper + pet)

• Queen 60" x 79" (ideal for dual sleepers)

• King 76" x 79" (ideal for dual sleepers + pet)

Not happy

Did not make right decision by taking free gift for customers who did not take trial period. I have back pain and had an operation which addressed pain on right side. Pain is now on left side and I wake up at times with excruciating pain. Difficult to lie down with legs extended. My wife is satisfied - grade 4 out of 5

I do not see differences in support and thus I do not believe this mattress offers good alignment for me. This mattress replaces a Simba mattress and I am considering changing back to the Simba. Please note that I purchased 2 twin XL mattresses so as not to wake my wife.

After looking at your order, I noticed that you have been on your mattress for less than 60 days now.
For some reason, for some of our customers, the breaking-in process can take up to 90 days and sometimes even more. Our mattresses have chiropractic support and are designed to keep your spine aligned. I am 100% confident that your mattress will get more comfortable and that it's only a matter of time. I am very happy that your wife seems to enjoy her part faster though.
