BEST SHEETS EVER

when we ordered the 14 inch lux bundle we also received the Bedface sheets. I have to tell you no other sheets are going to go on our bed from now on. These are the most luxurious comfortable sheets I’ve ever slept on in my 63 years of being on this planet!! Love them!!!

Love the sheets

I purchased the sateen sheets. I love the quality and the feel of them. They keep you cool during the night and they're so easy to move around on. If I had to say anything bad about them is that they always come out of the dryer so wrinkled and I'm not into ironing sheets. Otherwise I love them.

Sheet set

The sheets are nice but the pillow cases are a different blue than the sheets. Not worth the price I don’t think.

Offgassing 3 months later

I ordered a 14" LUX 2400 Hybrid based on the marketing which claimed no offgassing would occur. Unfortunately that was not the case and 3 months later I still cannot sleep in the bed without becoming sick. The smell is getting stronger instead of dissapating. Haven will not refund my money but will only allow me to exchange for the same mattress which would give me the same problems. I do not recommend this company because they falsely advertise. I cannot afford to buy another bed at this time so I am sleeping on my couch for the forseen future.

Thanks for the feedback Darren, Happy to read in the customer file that the new mattress smell finally dissipated for you. Everyone has a different sensitivity but the new mattress smell shouldn't be confused with dangerous or harmful off-gassing. There is nothing added to a Haven or mixed in that should cause you to feel sick. We might suggest trying your Haven in a different room. Perhaps that new bed frame or other new addition to the room may be traced to be causing you a reaction.
