Unboxing Instructions

1. Allow time for the mattress to reach room temperature while in the box.

2. Remove mattress from box and unwrap the excess layer of plastic to unroll the mattress.

3. Place unrolled mattress on its final location - ideally the bed frame. Watch it grow!

Just as lux as it looks!

We just upgraded our cabin mattress to the King size LUX Pillowtop Hybrid mattress, and we couldn’t be happier with it. The mattress is very comfortable, it has great breathability and support and fantastic pressure relief. Our mattress arrived despite the Canada Post strike and the customer service team we've talked to has great communication. I was especially pleasantly surprised that the mattress had zero off gassing and didn't have a smell at all. I'm very smell sensitive so this was greatly appreciated. Unboxing was easy with just my husband and I! The mattress is just as luxurious in person as it looks in photos!

Amazing

I am so happy with my mattress. I had some concerns with off gassing as I am highly sensitive to chemical smells. I was so happy to not smell anything when unpacking the mattress! Even my husband was shocked. I am also allergic to latex and was concerned with the natural latex in the mattress. I’m happy to say no issues for me.

I slept well from the very first night. I am very happy and tell all my family and friends. I also love that’s it’s made in Canada. Thanks Haven for an excellent product!!

Lux Pillowtop Essential bundle

Love this mattress. I’d go as far as to say the best mattress I ever purchased. Great motion isolation, supportive in all the right places and yet soft. You don’t feel like you’re sinking in like my previous mattress. It also keeps me cool. I think the combination of the mattress materials and the sheet bundle I received is what’s keeping me cool.
