Haven mattresses and adjustable beds are amazing

The Haven Bed and Frame are fabulous...delivery not so much

I really enjoy my Haven bed and frame. After doing a lot of research I was happy to choose a Canadian product. The only problem was the delivery. The bed is heavy by itself; however, with help most people could carry it into a house. The frame is very heavy. The Fed Ex driver was in a hurry and dropped the mattress out of the van. The box was ripped and open for the mattress. My daughter had told him to stop at this point and she would help him with the frame. She noticed he had a dolly and she was about to tell him to use the dolly when he shoved the frame out of the van. It landed on the driveway and fell over on to the concrete. We were lucky there wasn’t any damage. I would not be able to bring the frame into my house on my own. My son in law and daughter (who are both in very good shape) had to help me.

I called and emailed Fed Ex to complain. They said they would look into the matter and sent an apology basket. When I called Haven they said that they pay Fed Ex extra to give premium service. Like I said I was lucky there wasn’t any damage. I would highly recommend the mattress and frame. However, I could not recommend the delivery method and if you don’t have really strong people to assist you...
