I love the ease of ordering it online, it shipped quickly and arrived nicely packed in a box. After opening the package, it didn't take long for it to take it's form. It's soft, and the quality is great, just wish it could be a bit softer; it feels too hard. I have a hard mattress myself (different brand) and I was expecting something similar to that but this one is much harder. Would still recommend the HIBERNate kids mattress!
