Unbox
Three easy steps take your mattress from box to bed — no rush, no tools beyond a pair of scissors.
Step 01 · Unroll
Lift it out and unroll
Remove the mattress from the box, peel away the outer layer of plastic, and gently unroll it.
Step 02 · Position
Set it in its place
Move the unrolled mattress to its final home, ideally right on top of your bed frame.
Step 03 · Expand
Cut, breathe, and watch it unfold
Carefully cut the inner plastic with scissors. Break the seal, let the air rush in, and watch the magic happen. A new product smell is normal, but all the foams used contain no harmful chemicals to offgas, so you can use your new mattress right away!
Settle in
Safe night one
Foams are certified free of harmful chemicals and off-gassing — use it right away.
Keep the cover
Save the plastic delivery bag — it's required if you ever return your mattress.
Give it a month
The surface softens as your body adjusts. Allow about a month to settle in.
