What qualifies: Every product purchased at havenmattress.ca or havensleep.com, at the price you paid.
The window: 120 days from your purchase date. The promise begins automatically, so there's nothing to sign up for.
What triggers it: If Haven advertises a lower price on the identical product you purchased (same model, size and configuration) during your 120 days.
How to claim: Email us your order number within the window. We verify the lower price and refund the difference to your original payment method.
Good to know: The comparison is like-for-like: your exact item against the same item at a lower advertised price. Applies to Haven's own advertised prices, not other retailers or marketplaces. One adjustment per item; the refund covers the product price difference, excluding taxes and shipping. A bundle is matched only against the same bundle, never against its parts sold separately.

Do I need to sign up or keep a receipt?

No. The Promise applies to every eligible order automatically. When you claim, your order number is all we need; we have the rest on file.

What if the price drops on day 119?

Then it still counts. Any lower price we advertise on your product within the full 120 days is covered, right up to the final day.

How will I receive the difference?

As a refund to your original payment method. Once we confirm the lower price against your order, we process it promptly.

Does this replace your trial or warranty?

Not at all. The Price Integrity Promise sits alongside your sleep trial and warranty. It's about price certainty; they're about the mattress itself.

What isn't included?

Prices from other retailers or marketplaces, taxes, and shipping. The promise compares the exact item you purchased at havenmattress.ca or havensleep.com against a lower price we later advertise on that same item.
