1. Allow time for the mattress to reach room temperature while in the box.
2. Remove mattress from box and unwrap the excess layer of plastic to unroll the mattress.
3. Place unrolled mattress on its final location - ideally the bed frame. Watch it grow!
Was surprised a King mattress would ship in such a small box. Good combo of soft-top and firm support from the bottom. So you sink in just enough to feel the firmness but not too much to get stuck.

We lost our house to a fire. Our insurance adjuster recommended we try a Haven, We weren't super comfortable buying on line, but we thought it worth trying for 1 of the kids beds. Well it was better than the premium beds we lost, but it only cost $600. So we replaced all the beds with new Havens. Sleeping better than ever. Thanks

I've been a back patient for 4 years. My chiropractor recommended buying a HAVEN. She picked the Hybrid coil mat as a good combination for my back pain and needing something soft on top. It's firmer than I would have picked in the store. Sleeping better and less pain. Sheets are soft and cool

In 2023 we purchased a fixer upper cabin in the Muskokas. We needed everything new. Purchased 5 Queen Haven's with the waterproof cover and sheets packs. Couldn't be more satisfied. Our family and guest always talk about how great the sleep here is.
We saved over $6000 going with Haven's online store. it would be nice if they opened a store in Toronto.
