Who is Nicole Shallow?

Nicole grew up in the beautiful mountains of British Columbia, and developed a passion for animals, sushi, and of course, books. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® since 2019, she loves nothing more than empowering and supporting people as they make positive changes in their lives. Nicole is excited to share her knowledge on topics like sleep, habit building, and behaviour with all.

Nicole, A Sleep Specialist

When she first started out in this field, she noticed there was a big gap in services for children with diverse needs like autism, ADHD, and anxiety. And one area that seemed to be overlooked was sleep. So, she took it upon herself to dive deep into the research, complete a graduate project on sleep, gain mentorship in the area, and make a real difference in people's lives.

Through working with children and their families, Nicole soon realized that a lot of adults struggled with sleep too. That is how Your Behaviour Gal was born - to share all the resources and knowledge she was gaining.

At the end of the day, she is not just passionate about sleep, but is also motivated to help others develop habits that can improve their overall quality of life.

From her own experience with sleepless nights, she understands firsthand how much lack of sleep can impact physical and mental health. But once she got her sleep in check, she noticed a huge improvement in her business, relationships, and overall well-being.
