Shipping Information

  • Free Shipping coast to coast in Canada and the contiguous United States. Territories and remote areas may have a surcharge per item based on weight and size of the product.
  • Made to order generally in 3-5 business days
  • FedEx delivery normally takes 1-4 business days depending on location.
  • All Haven mattresses (except custom sizes) feature a 100-night comfort sleep trial.
  • To reduce waste we only offer 1 mattress return per household. We encourage you to buy 1 to try before ordering multiples for this reason.

Measurements & Dimensions

We follow North American mattress industry sizing standards, but please note that the handmade nature of Haven production allows for 3/4" of sizing variation:

Twin: 38" x 74", 38 lbs (ideal as a youth bed)

Twin XL: 38" x 79", 40 lbs (ideal for a tall single sleeper, or use 2 of them together for a Split King size)

Full: 53" x 74", 52 lbs (ideal for a single sleeper + pet)

Queen: 60" x 79", 62 lbs (ideal for dual sleepers)

King: 76" x 79", 81 lbs (ideal for dual sleepers + pet)

California King: 72" x 84", 78 lbs (ideal for tall dual sleepers)

Unboxing Instructions

  1. Allow time for the mattress to reach room temperature while in the box.
  2. Remove mattress from box and unwrap the excess layer of plastic to unroll the mattress.
  3. Place unrolled mattress on its final location - ideally the bed frame. Watch it grow!

Love

I had to exchange from the euro hybrid to the lux rejuvenation and SOO happy I was able to. This bed is the perfect combo of support and bit of squishy comfort you want when you are in bed. No motion transfer. Zero smells/off gas. Super happy with this mattress.

Esther the Wonder Pig Got it Right Again

We've followed Esther the Wonder Pig on social for many years. In my opinion she qualifies as a professional sleep expert. Haven and Esther's barnyard friends have done some great charity work and I love to support local companies. Best of all, the haven Luxe is simply excellent quality and comfort. I like a firmer mattress than most and this is firm and soft on top at the same time. You won't regret ordering here.

We offer range of firmness and contouring across our most popular mattresses. We use High Density Bio foam as it is very firm. This is ideal for additional support that's needed for proper spine alignment. This works in harmony with the innerspring coils found in our hybrid models. See More
