Due to its specialize Extra firm support. The HD mattress doesn't qualify for 100-night trial returns. Being a dual mattress, customers not fully satisfied with the feel can flip the mattress to give them an alternative firmness that isn't possible on traditional Havens. In addition, any HD customers requesting a Haven soft topper with-in the first 100-nights, will be sent one at 50% of the advertised price plus taxes.

• FedEx delivery normally takes 1-4 business days depending on location.
• All Haven mattresses (except custom sizes) feature a 100-night comfort sleep trial.

We follow North American mattress industry sizing standards, but please note that the handmade nature of Haven production allows for 3/4" of sizing variation:

Twin: 38" x 74", 73 lbs (ideal as a youth bed)

Twin XL: 38" x 79", 78 lbs (ideal for a tall single sleeper, or use 2 of them together for a Split King size)

Full: 53" x 74", 85 lbs (ideal for a single sleeper + pet)

Queen: 60" x 79", 112 lbs (ideal for dual sleepers)

King: 76" x 79", 146 lbs (ideal for dual sleepers + pet)

California King: 72" x 84", 140 lbs (ideal for tall dual sleepers)
