Old Fashion Customer Service
Accidentally ordered the wrong size. Didn't catch it until the order shipped. Found the chat lady was super helpful and they swapped the mattress back and replacement only took a day to arrive. I really appreciate the extra effort and that they acted quickly to make things right. My daughter just bought a Haven on our recommendation.

After speaking with Scott, I ordered the 6 " student mattress for an antique bed in a spare bedroom. Since the bed sits about 18" off the floor, I was worried about the 10" being too high for the bed but the 6" has worked out perfectly. I must also commend Haven for the excellent customer service. They checked in with me during every step of the buying process to keep me informed.

Rejuvenate 10" mattress
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new mattress....❤ I originally bought the firm mattress, but as a sidesleeper I needed just a little bit more of a cushion.... Haven is amazing! No hassles, excellentcustomer service, friendly and more than willing to help you or figure out a way to make it workfor you.... I'm definitely telling all my friends and family about Haven!!!

Amazing Customer Service

Perfect for the kids
We purchased this mattress for our 2 yo son as his first big boy bed. He sleeps so well on it and we liked how haven is made with more natural products over the other brand. I love how haven is Canadian made and gives back to organizations like mamas for mamas. A purchase to feel good about.

Amazing customer service
We love everything about this company! They are Canadian and use non harmful foams, donate every 10 mattress to a charity...I can go on forever. We had a flaw in the sewing of the mattress we bought and the founder (Scott) came right to our house with a new one for the exchange. Such great customer service.

Haven is Just great
Was approached by Haven to be a social influencer. I'm always very cautious about the brands Iwork with. Vegan, plant-based, charity work and made in Canada. check, check, check. So farthe comments I get from my audience is very positive too and I tell them if you don't like it sendit back after 100 nights. I now have my Haven for 4 months and I'm never giving it up.

Nite nite!
We were wondering how one of these mattress in a box would be without actually trying one first in a store setting. Easy to set up, and I must say a very comfortable mattress. I was concerned about anything with the foam mattress type in that it would flatten out quickly. There have been no complaints thus far, and it sure is nice not waking up in pain each day due to a sagging mattress. We are very impressed with this mattress and the fact that it is made in Canada is even better, along with the fact there was no gassing off and the natural materials that were used. A great product for sure, would highly recommend!

Amazing mattress
I don't usually write reviews, but our first sleep on this hybrid from Haven was sensational. Weare so excited about the purchase and thrilled we went with a Canadian company that usesnatural fibers in their constructions. The mattress is bit softer than the 7.5 firmness they rate it at(we were concerned it might be too firm), but it's not 'soft' like your typical memory foam mattress. This mattress has contouring pressure relief, but also gives your back the support itneeds. It also sleeps very cool, like WAY cooler than a memory foam mattress. Not a bad thingto say about it. Well done, Haven.

Wish we'd purchased this years ago!
We've been suffering with a terrible mattress (very expensive but worst sleep ever) for literally years and finally decided to go ahead and try a Haven. I was skeptical about whether or not it would be different, but it was a wonderful surprise. It provides excellent support, heavenly comfort, and for the first time we're not disturbing each other with any tossing and turning. I honestly feel a spark of joy every time I go to bed because it's just a dream for comfort - and I know I'll get a great sleep! I should mention I also appreciate the thoughtfulness that has gone into the design and materials and the excellent customer service - these were a big part of my decision to buy the product.

The Best in The biz for Clean Mattresses!!!
It was amazing opening up my daughter's mattress only to find ZERO off gassing! It was sogreat to not have to subject her to the toxic fumes that we had experienced when we purchasedour previous mattress from a conventional mattress store. We loved it so much, we just orderedone for my son and will be replacing all other existing mattresses in our home with a HAVEN!Thanks for thinking about the health of us and our planet HAVEN!!

Sleep investing
I have to say at first I was hesitant about purchasing a pillow for a higher than normal price, but after a long list of pillows of costs between $15 and $20 that left me with nothing but a sore neck, I finally decided to take a leap and buy the Haven pillow. I am very happy I did! Immediately from the first night I felt like I had a better sleep, a deeper sleep. I felt more refreshed in the morning. If you're on the fence as I was, take the leap, it's well worth it!

Really great pillow if you need something that's medium firm
We love the bed face pillow! Doesn't make us feel hot at all and doesn't have any unpleasant odour. We liked it so much we bought the side sleeper one too (which we also love).

Love this pillow!
I’ve used a lot of chiropractic foam curved pillows and this pillow is fantastic! I’ve had it for a month in a half now. Love it. Super supportive and like the cooling feature.

Amazing Adjustable Bed that Really enhanced an Amazing Mattress
This well exceeded my expectations, this adjustable bed has more features than advertised. I was about to buy one locally but it was about 3000 more and with less features. Having the adjustable bed added to the Haven Mattress really enhanced my comfort, I can now watch tv and read in bed comfortably. The Zero gravity position makes me feel like I'm floating, and puts me to sleep like a baby. I highly recommend treating yourself to the haven mattress and adjustable bed.
