    We were wondering how one of these mattress in a box would be without actually trying one first in a store setting. Easy to set up, and I must say a very comfortable mattress. I was concerned about anything with the foam mattress type in that it would flatten out quickly. There have been no complaints thus far, and it sure is nice not waking up in pain each day due to a sagging mattress. We are very impressed with this mattress and the fact that it is made in Canada is even better, along with the fact there was no gassing off and the natural materials that were used. A great product for sure, would highly recommend!

    We went back and forth about whether to invest in a hybrid mattress and then stressed overwhich one. I have rheumatoid arthritis and some serious back problems which had to beconsidered. After reading numerous revues, we went with a Haven. It was comfortable from the very first night! Love the firm edge for sitting on while getting in and out of bed, it doesn't sleep hot and has definitely relieved the pressure points that were causing problems with our old mattress. We would highly recommend this mattress to anyone.

    The company name should have an “E” in it….H”E”AVEN! I am loving my HAVEN LUX Hybrid Pillowtop mattress. I am a side sleeper, and I no longer toss and turn at night. In fact, I wake up in the same position I fell asleep in, and no longer feel too warm in bed, as I did with a previous mattress. The only problem is, my cat also agrees with my review, and he thinks it’s his mattress! I’m sure his comfort is also due to the fact that I no longer toss and turn, and we both sleep really well! I love how plush this mattress is. It’s like sleeping on a cloud! Best decision I’ve made in a mattress purchase!

    So comfortable. Whether I sleep on my side or on my back the support is just right, not too firm,not too soft. I have back problems and with my old mattress I would wake up every time I changed positions, but with my Haven I finally sleep through the night. It's just like Goldilocks said "Just right"! The only thing I would add would be some handles on the sides which would make it so much easier to turn.

    After months of research, comparing brands, reading reviews, and watching videos, I finallydecided on a Haven Hybrid Lux with zoned support. And I'm so glad I did! It's the perfect level of firmness for our family, and it was comfortable right from day one. I'm pregnant now and it has continued to be comfortable throughout that as well. It's even firm enough for our kids! My husband and I are both side / back sleepers, but sometimes he sleeps on his stomach and we both find it comfortable and wake up without any aches.     We initially ordered the side sleeper Lux Pillow Top. We found it so comfortable, but our 4 pets did too; the softest area was absolutely full and we slept in more of a “dip”. �� Also,reading/sitting in bed felt awkward. We used our 100 day guarantee to exchange for the Lux Classic Plush, and we love it. So comfortable: soft yet firm, cozy warm yet cool sleeping. Customer service was impeccable. �� Absolutely NO off-gassing; and I am very sensitive. We came from a Tempur-Pedic, and we’re much more comfortable with this Lux Hybrid. Thank you Haven.

Lux pillow top hybrid mattresses are the best

These mattresses are wonderful!! Bought 2 in the Fall for our master bedroom ( with adjustable bases). Very, very comfortable. So when we decided to change a guest room to twin beds, we got the same mattresses for there. Two great decisions!!

Best thing I have bought for myself in years.

So comfortable. Whether I sleep on my side or on my back the support is just right, not too firm, not too soft. I have back problems and with my old mattress I would wake up every time I changed positions, but with my Haven I finally sleep through the night. It's just like Goldilocks said "Just right"!

The only thing I would add would be some handles on the sides which would make it so much easier to turn.

We totally respect the convenience of a mattress made with handles. Our Canadian production facility opened in Moncton NB in 1949 and almost all the first beds had handles. Over time the value vs. the cost diminished.
For handles to work properly, they must be designed in a way to handle normal use and all cases of accidental abuse. If a customer was to pull the full 135lb mattress with just one of the handles it would need to be over-engineered to handle that stress without failure. The side of the bed would also have to be artificially overbuilt to spread the stress away from the handle connection
Havens were engineered to be more flexible than traditional mattresses making them easier for 2 people to move and bend around corners and staircases. Arriving in a box makes them easier to first locate and once in place only need to be rotated flat every 3 months. When it's time to relocate the increased flexibility makes it much easier than in the past.

Great Sleep

Was thrilled with this change my back started to improve day 1. We went with the mattress and frame loving the support. Only thing we didn't love was the mattress cover it was way to slick with our sheets so we just switched it out for a different one. As a cabinet maker I was going to build another frame but just didn't have the time so we ordered the frame with it and was pleased with how it went together. It being a king I also liked the extra rails that added for extra support. Funny that the Box for the frame came with wheels but the mattress one is what I really needed the wheels for. Even for my wife that really likes soft beds her sleep has improved as well.
