Very Comfortable

I have shoulder issues, where with previous mattresses I would sometimes go weeks unable to lay on one side for any prolonged length of time. Have not had this issue at all on the new mattress. Love it. Very comfortable.

Every thing is great I love our bed!

I chose this item because there was no off gassing and that was so amazing seriously no odour what so ever. I also liked the latex top part. I have been looking at beds for about 5 years and our memory foam one was 30 years old. It was a good bed never bottomed out but the response factor was not good anymore. I waited about 3 months to do this review because I wanted to be sure I gave it a good test and I do love this bed! We purchased the all foam bed because that was what we were use to and it is a great choice for us. Thanks Haven sleep Co.

Disappointed

The sheets arrived first and the pillow cases were a different shade of navy blue than the sheets. So not worth 300$.

The mattress was delayed by 5 days because FedEx made 4 unsuccessful attempts to no fault of our own. I contacted Haven but they were not much help at all. The mattress box arrived open at both ends. I almost refused it at the door but we had been waiting so long for it and didn’t have another mattress to sleep on, I took it. Thankfully, the mattress was not damaged. It was not comfortable at all the first 3 weeks and I was achy everywhere. The soft zone doesn’t seem to do much. My hips and shoulders still hurt when I wake up and all night long which causes me to turn over often and wakes me up because of the pain. Now almost at the one month mark, I’m somewhat comfortable but not enough to keep the mattress, not for that kind of money. I will be returning next it. I hope it is not too much of a headache. Back to square one looking for a super comfortable mattress. Completely frustrating.
